Monina is a dear friend who helped me selli my home by the second day. She received numerous over asking price offers and chose the best 6 to present. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She is knowledgable, compassionate and she loves her job. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling.

My family and I decided to relocate from the Midwest to Pennsylvania for a new job. With 4 kids, the opportunities to fly out and familiarize ourselves with the area and local schools were limited. Monina was referred to us by a friend, and I felt like after 1 in-person meeting with her, she understood the assignment! She was patient, working with multiple different viewers on our behalf and crafted a smart and strong offer when we were ready to make one. Her guidance thankfully enabled us to buy the house we wanted within the quick timeframe we had allotted. Moving is stressful, but Monina brought fun and compassion to the process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.

We used Monina Swick to sell our home and buy a new home this last summer and she was outstanding. We spoke with Monina several times and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes she sells, how long her listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, talking us down during a panic attack and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had multiple offers over asking price! Monina is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. It took numerous showings (more than 45!!). She worked hard for us and never gave up even when we almost did. We are happy to say we are now in our new home, thanks to Monina’s efforts and we are very grateful. We would recommend Monina to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for or the asking price for the home you are selling rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

Our home search lasted for a few years and we were thankful to have Monina as our realtor. First and foremost, she was always patient with us. Monina helped my wife and I sell our townhouse in Palmyra, PA. Monina knows the local real estate market very well. Not only did she make sure our home was perfect even before we put it on the market, she discussed with us the timeframes that townhouses would be most likely to sell in the area. Within a day of putting our house on the market, we received 4-5 showing requests per day, and ended up with an offer within 3 weeks after putting our home for sale. Given that when we purchased our home, it was on the market for 7 months, this was fantastic! We couldn't have done it without Monina. I wanted to share my personal experience with everyone so they understand how GREAT Monina is. I had been looking at houses for a few months as a first time home buyer with no experience. I really didn't understand the steps I needed to take in order to start the process of looking for a new home. From day one of requesting Monina on Zillow, she was very friendly and honest with me. She explained, multiple times, how each step worked so there were no surprises when the time came to put in an offer. She even set me up with Margie, who she works with to pre-approve you for a loan. Margie was fantastic and would even answer my calls on weekends to write me letters of pre-approval. Monina also took the time to call me, email me, and show me many homes before I chose to sign a contract with her. There was absolutely no pressure when working with Monina. She was even late to her own vacation in order to show me a home because she said she couldn't live with herself if I missed out on my dream home! Monina is a very dedicated Realitor who goes above and beyond for her clients. She always has a smile on and is very pleasant to work with. If your a first time home buyer or just looking for a personable Realitor, I would highly recommend working with Monina.

We worked with Monina and secured a very unique property. The ONLY reason we have this house today is because of Monina's hard work. Monina was wonderful! She not only was very knowledgeable about the area we were interested to live but also very patient and approachable without being overbearing. Monina understood our needs and was very flexible with scheduling appointments at a very short notice ( i.e. 30 minutes notice). We have now lived in our home for 3 months and love it and the neighborhood.
